Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered and sat outside. Our dinner was thee worst we have ever experienced at chipotle and we dine often in different states, cities, etc. -Meat was very leathery and burnt. -Rice was severely small portioned -the fresh guacamole they got from the cooler was brown, had a ton of strings and way way way too many jalapeños. My kids couldnt even eat it. My son bit some kind of mystery black seed? Im not sure exactly what it was but it looked like a seed or some sort but im not sure what it would have even have been from. Anyways it hurt his mouth.. go figure. - the fountain lemonade tasted like fish bowl. -way too many jalapeños in everything. Usually my kids favorite is chipotle but they left hungry and upset and so did I. I emailed and received a prompt email back with a free meal for next time, but it didnt include our price of guacamole on top of each bowl or the $5 side of guacamole.. or the fish bowl tasting fountain drinks. Im thankful we got something back, but still dissatisfaction in the whole experience after driving a long drive and starving to eat some terrible food i dont have an appetite for any chipotle, anytime soon. I would have rather had a refund to my debit card.

Chipotle is a great chain, everything always tastes so fresh, this location is no different! The staff was super friendly, the service was quick and efficient, and the atmosphere was everything that makes Chipotle fun. There are a few obvious changes to help with COVID. Only two tables that seat two people at each are available in the interior dining room. However there is additional seating on the patio! Overall this is a go to spot, with good food, a good atmosphere and a lovely staff. While we are all dealing with COVID, keep in mind that, especially with storefronts that have a smaller footprint, may not have seating always available like we remember from the good ole’ days... and let’s be real, sometimes eating in the car is fun too!

I cannot express how awesome Sami and her team is. I came in after a long day of work and the staff exceeded my expectations. People tend to forget how hard the staff here works to make everything fresh and fast. If there is anything I could say to the general public is to be kind. Sami and her staff are people too! BEST CHIPOTLE EXPERIENCE EVER.

We ordered 3 kids meals because this location is no longer sells individual small cheese quesadillas. We asked if we could get guacamole as the ONLY side, and the employee said yes. Long story short is we were charged not only $4.20 per kids meal BUT also $2.50 for each guacamole (3). That is absurd to pay that much for a tiny cheese quesadilla.
