People on the speaker and at the window were very nice very friendly asked me all the right questions. When the food came out it was nice and hot and I had all the stuff I was supposed to have such as napkins and sauces etc and they were even extra sweet to my dog. Wonderful people at this Hardee's

Mushroom Swiss Burger was well prepared. Service was solid. 30 minute max on dining room visit, but were you planning to stay any longer?

It's fast food, so it'll never be perfect. Still, they do it well. I was there on an off day and received a sub-par breakfast sandwich. I let them know via their app. The manager called me to apologize and said he'd "put my name in the book" by the register and my next Frisco breakfast sandwich would be free.
I returned two days later, didn't request my free sandwich nor did I mention my previous experience. I just ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich. This time, it looked as if it had been made to look like the one in their advertisement, only pressed down because it had been wrapped. This lets me know that my complaint benefitted everyone and that I wasn't getting a one time special treatment.

The wait here took forever. Waited at least 30 minutes after ordering before the vehicle at the window pulled away and at least another 20 on the next one. Of course I knew it was gonna take forever for my food and they forgot one of my sandwiches. Didn’t even go back to get it because I would’ve had to wait 30 more minutes just to get to the window to tell them.

Went through the drive thru. Food was great but the service was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to get 2 mushroom swiss burgers and some fries. If you are running late dont go here.

It was expensive but well worth the money and wait. The manager was super friendly and it was all around an enjoyable experience!

I had THE BEST Chicken Biscuit this morning!!! Whoever made the biscuits KILLED it!! They were SOOOOO soft and fluffy and the new Hand Breaded Chicken was AMAZING as well to make THE PERFECT Chicken Biscuit!!! The customer service is always GR8 also, Cheryl, Penny, Tiffany and Sierra are all AWESOME!!!
