Clean and my order is almost always right. The staff is very pleasant. But I wish I could tell them "slow is smooth and smooth is fast". They have a sense of urgency, which I appreciate, but sometimes it's like a kitchen full of chickens with their heads cut off.

As with any Panera I enjoy the healthy food at reasonable prices. Coming off the interstate looking for lunch I found it hard to find parking. No in-person dining, but they have a few tables out in the mall where you can eat your carryout food

Great staff and great food! The staff are always very helpful and they are quick to own up and fix and mistakes that may happen. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are enough to fill you up!
My only concern is that the food is a bit pricey, but it's not too bad when you take into consideration that the food is 100% clean and doesn't have any preservatives.

The staff is friendly and is very patient when you're unsure of what you want to order. Their food is excellent. Best tomato soup and bread I've eaten in a long time. And the lemonade fundraiser they are doing is wonderful. The lemonade is also extraordinary.

I came here for what was supposed to be a quick dinner with my family. The mall was practically empty as was this restaurant. The young lady who took my order was confused about how to use the register. She was also very difficult to communicate with and seemed a little offended when I repeated my order back to her.
Then we waited. And waited. And waited. We were talking as a family and then realized that it had been 20 minutes since we ordered. I talked to a manager who sprang into action. Another manager gave us free pastries, which was nice. But overall it was not a good experience all around.
The food was typical of Panera though. But the next time we're in Charleston we will skip this particular restaurant.

Bright, clean and well managed. Prompt and pleasant service. The chicken noodle soup, Asian salad and Steak and cheese sandwich were excellent.

Solid chain restaurant that offers a quick meal and a pleasant place to sit back and relax while you eat. The perfect mix of faster food and a solid restaurant experience. This location is busy, but kept fairly clean. The meeting room has a good view and is a great place to have a working lunch qhen in town for business.

Good clean food, I'm vegan so I had limited choices, menu can be modified on some items and the food was good. Tip anytime you change up the menu to make a change to their menu always check it. Like most they have a routine and may not make changes that you asked them to make.
