Papa Johns Pizza

Had such a wonderful experience this Sunday night! I had a terrible night at work today and all I wanted was a pizza, and the woman working was INCREDIBLY accommodating. I believe she said her name was Hunter, but if I heard that wrong I apologize. Either way, she was wonderful. She took care of us and reminded me of how far human kindness can get you, just by showing another person that you appreciate their service. So thank you so much for making my night, I appreciate you, beautiful pizza lady 💜

Ordered online through the app. The order was placed at 10:50 PM and was estimated to be delivered by 11:41 PM I waited all the way up until 11:38 PM and all of a sudden it said my order was canceled not only was I charged just under $12 but I also used $10 on reward points on the order. I Called the store multiple times and no one answered I then contacted customer service and they told me to file a complaint and someone from upper management would contact me I will be waiting on upper management to contact me to resolve this issue and I have also filed a claim with my bank. I look forward to hearing from somebody shortly and I may consider changing my review but I do expect to be compensated. Update: Cali corrected the issue 4 star because it was corrected quickly without hassle. 👍🏻

Papa John’s messed up big on my order last night. I ordered at 10:50 and at 11:41pm was the delivery time at 11:38pm I noticed my order was canceled! I called the store and no one answered(called 4 times) keep in mind, I pre-paid for the food. Anyway I got charged and never got my food. I called today and spoke to Cali. She corrected the issue.
