High Cotton Charleston

Everyone and everywhere it says you should go to this place... and you should! We had the best birthday breakfast ever! We tried the chicken and waffles, eggs benedict with crabcake and the cinnamon roll. Everything was perfect and memorable. Service was outstanding. Great overall experience! + we sat next to the "Notebook table" 😍

Hosted by wedding rehearsal brunch at High Cotton and couldn’t be happier. The East Bay Room was perfect for our 25 guests. The food was delicious! I loved that upon arrival all my guests were offered a mimosa or Bloody Mary. The staff were incredibly attentive. We had a wonderful time. Ahead of the event I also had excellent communication with Keith. Thank you!

My husband and I were there this past weekend celebrating our anniversary and we are still talking about how amazing it was. We could not have asked for a better experience and we will be back very soon. The atmosphere was very nice, the food was so delicious (I highly recommend the she crab soup, filet & lobster mac and cheese), and our server Shea was a pleasure. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, and I cannot wait to return!

Have been twice and their brunch is amazing. Staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Manager comes to table and thanks you for coming in…Very nice. Eggs Benedict is my go to and quite nice with Crab cake on it as well. Steak and eggs wonderful and Chicken and Waffles an insane taste combo. Prices very reasonable and food quality excellent.

Stopped in for brunch on Sunday and were seated right away without a reservation in the bar/lounge area. I ordered the chicken and waffles, which had a cornmeal type waffle which was sweet and tasty. There was a perfectly fried piece of chicken on top which also had a sweet ness to it. The entire dish was sitting in a semi spicy sausage gravy, which brought everything together. My wife got the brioche French toast which was very good but soft on the inside. The food came out very quick and the waitress was friendly.

This was one of the reasons we came back to Charleston. The service here is above & beyond! Multiple staff are very attentive to every detail. If they see you have a dirty knife from the bread n butter and are done w it, they'll discretely come by & switch it for a clean one. They pay attention to any notes you add to the reservation. They found out I was a teacher & the manager brought us a champagne toast to celebrate the end of the school year & thanked me for what I do. Best she crab soup I had on the trip. All the food was Ah-Mazing! I had the Halibut topped w caviar.
