Went to get something to eat, place closed 10 minutes early. Lost my business. They need fresher stuff and people not standing around

Just no more. The food has been going down hill. I use to love getting the Meatball Subs, and not anymore. Today I got a Steak Protein bowl which was a joke. The steak in there was greasy, and way to much. Very little Lettuce, onions, and cheese, it was mostly a solid bowl of Nasty steak. The same steak they use on the subs too, greasy, nasty and stringy. Never again. I'm not happy about their food anymore.

I love this subway because its local but the new girls they recently hired messed up my daughters order and refused to fix it. So We were shocked to hear such a thing and very disappointed.

The employees at this Subway go above and beyond. The store is always clean and they're super efficient. (I really notice how great they are when I stop into other Subways.)
There's a TCBY at this location and there's always a daily special.

Not to be dramatic, but I love Charleroi Subway so much that I won’t go to any other Subway. The friendliest staff, consistent with the food, and very clean!
