They are always super quick with fresh food and pleasant energy in store. However I did order door dash to here and had a horrible experience. I ordered a family meal got no biscuits and my be sides where not all there. So we basically had chicken and rice....we eat lots of veggies so where not okay with the mishandling of my order. I then had to reconcile my order through door dash. I called the store and management thought I should come get my missing items myself even though I had paid for a delivery service. I could not get my food but was completely refunded through door dash. I was very disappointed.

We walked in, stood at the counter for several minutes. The Mgr, who did not greet us, spoke across the counter at an employee out in the dining room and asked her if she saw us standing there waiting to be served. She replied yes and slowly shuffled her way to the counter only to NOT greet us. She looked down for a solid minute then looked up to ask if we were dining in or take out in a very sleepy, lazy tone. No excitement or urgency. We left.
