Pizza was ok. Not a fan of the sauce. Too sweet. And trying to order for a delivery were I was just across the street in a community setting was a nightmare. Had to talk to 3 different people just to finally get the order made. Then...talk to the delivery person twice and they still didn't deliver to correct address!!!!

Delivery takes an ungodly amount of time and things will show up cold or missing. This isn’t a one off but consistent over a number of months without any change in customer service.

This location is now closed and the majority of the delivery area has been divided up between other Papa Johns stores. Give it a try!

This is by far the worlds WORST Papa John's!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Call another Pizza chain!! Every time over the last few months that I have called, they cancel my order with no explanation! I AM DONE WITH PAPA JOHN'S AS A CHAIN!!!!

It says order would take maximum 74min, it took them 2 hours to deliver the pizza. I tried calling 4-5 times and they never picked up the phone, even the corporate center wouldn’t pick up the phone. They never updated me that the delivery would be late either. Don’t order from here, and if you do, don’t tip until after you get your food.

Disappointed. Order on the app at 2:45 for a 5pm delivery. Called the store at 5:10, and was told the pizza should be there in the next 20 minutes. He was right, it showed up at 5:30, which leads me to believe it was a restaurant issue, not driver. My order was $135 for a kids party. In the future, I’ll opt to pick up from the Pittsboro Papa Johns rather than depend on this store.

Terrible service, placed my order at 630pm at 7pm driver showed up with only 1 of the 4 items I had ordered driver called the store to ask where the rest of the order was tried to blame him for leaving to fast even though they hand them the order because it is delivered by door dash so anyway I wait another 30 minutes still nothing so I call the store manager tries to give me an attitude as if I did something wrong and then tries to blame the driver again I got upset and told him I'm not paying for the worst service I've ever had in my life he then gives me a refund finally just now at 750pm the rest of my order shows up cold worst experience ordering at papa John's ever they need to shut this store down this isn't the first time this has happened to me but I guarantee it will be the last

Do not order from this store! Waited 1.5 hours for delivery. If it wasn't pre-paid I would have cancelled the order. Apparently no drivers, so pizza sat there for a long time before being delivered by doordash.
