Food was very good. Drink machine didn't work and I asked 2 employees to assist but no help. Went to the bottle cooler instead.

First time here eating, loved the steak and cheese, pickles are good too. Not crowded

Only positive things to say about this place. Never compare firehouse to a sub shop it is a whole different way of thinking on the sub game. I got the steamer and bowl of chili. They were awesome. I am stopping on my way home to grab a hero for my dinner tonight. It's about a three hour drive for me so it's all good. We do not have a firehouse subs in our location so on my visit to chapel Hill I made it count.
