By far the least efficient McDonald's I have ever been to. They had over a thirty minute wait for food, then they started collecting our receipts to make the orders as they were clearing orders off the screen by accident. Avoid eating here at all costs and eat before or after your museum visit

This McDonald’s has the worst possible service. They have access to schedules and know when groups are arriving, but they continue to have only 1 or 2 registers open.
A friend was in line for breakfast. The two men immediately in front of her ordered a biscuit. The service took the menu out of her hand and told her breakfast was over. What?
It is the worst. I’ve brought groups here for 3 years and never plan for the them to eat here because of the poor and extremely slow service. We have Chick-fil-A deliver
or go to a mall.
They’ve had more than enough time to get their act together.

Went in this McDonalds and it was very confusing where to line up. The line was up to the soda fountain area and there were only 3 people on the registers. Getting my order, took forever and there was no sense of urgency. Could not understand the numbers the lady was yelling. Getting to a table, took 3 tries. The first two tables were oily and had food under the table. It was very messy. I wanted to go back and get more food but there was only one cashier and people were cutting each other since there was no clear path to the lines. Worst McDonalds I have seen so far.

Very long wait for "fast" food. 8 minutes to get a routine order. Floor was very dirty... McDonald's should have a staffer cleaning and organizing; none was in view.

Hamburger was barely warm, borderline cold. Fries seemed like they were sitting for an hour. Area was cleaning and service good. Food needs to be extremely better.

Not even one vegetarian option. My cashier was Gladis. I asked if she could do a grill cheese sandwich at least which is bread and cheese and they said no. Gladis barely understood english and I had to show her a picture of what a grilled cheese sandwich was. After I showed the picture I was told they can’t make a grilled cheese. I have been to other McDonalds that do grilled cheese without an issue but this place was horrible. She said they can give me a cold slice of cheese and bread individually 🙄🙄🙄 She didnt even try asking another employee what a grilled cheese sandwich was. She wasted both of our time for almost 2-3 minutes 😒
they also were out of ice cream and the mc chicken for the people in my party.
It is so sad that this is the only on site option at the museum and they don’t have any options for someone who cannot eat meat.

Chewy chicken to the max! Ordered the Sriracha sandwich with grilled chicken and had to hold the actual piece of chicken with my hands (both of them) to be able to rip a piece of chicken off for each bite. Didn't finish the sandwich and threw the rest away. It was today (the day of the eclipse) and the line was huge so I wasn't going to try to get a replacement and make others wait to get their own rubber chicken sandwiches. Will send my comments to McDonald's survey line. We'll see what response I get.

I ordered a shake a meal and told them to make the meal a large so I would get a large drink and fries. Well they put the shake as a substitute for a drink with the meal to make it more and charged us for a separate large drink and fries and didn't even give us any drink and when we went to say we didn't get a drink they were very rude and only gave a medium sized drink!!! Don't eat here take food in if you have to!
