Never ate here in the restaurant but the pickup has always been excellent.
Update:
A week before Christmas and today I put in a mobile order but I arrived early and so I decided to stay and eat-in. Since I came in early my order had not come thru yet. The staff doubled checked my order on my phone and just went ahead and made it fresh. While they were making it my order popped up and everything was squared away. They offered me a tray since I was going to stay and eat and I offered. I came in around dinner time, a bit after 6PM and it is definitely very quiet here. The bathroom facilities were clean as I wash my hands before eating and the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent. It's not a Ritz Carlton but you don't get that funky "KFC" feel. Not to throw shade but you all know what I'm talking about. I'd say it is on par with many other Arby's that I have visited across the country and this was definitely one of the finer ones. It's clean, food was fresh, hot, and fast. From the beeping sounds of the various friers from the kitchen to the periodic churning from the soda/ice machine, my experience tonight is peak Arby's dining experience. If I didn't have some errands to run I'd probably stay here a bit more and sip on some soda while I see the cars come thru the drive-thru. My guess is this location may not see a lot of actual foot traffic but more car traffic. But perhaps it's also a changing of the times after the pandemic that less folks dinein.
Over all, 5 out of 5. If you're traveling thru, give this Arby's a chance. Sit for a spell. Take a load off. For it's Roast Beef sammiches time.
Besides, how can you resist the curly fries?!?
I order on line and pick up as a rule, usually dinner when I get off work. It's always ready and hot. Arby's is a fav, especially the Beef n Cheddar. Just good food.
They usually provide good service, but lately when i order the chicken salad it's so drenched in mayo it's disgusting and makes me sick. Mayo is part of making chicken salad, but it should not be so much that it's pooling in the bottom of the bowl.
EDIT: I gave them two stars back because they accounted for and corrected the errors. I'm still very disappointed that they switched from Pepsi to Coke a while back.
Arby's restaurants get overlooked....and this location is no exception. I took advantage of afternoon "happy hour" deals. Got some sliders, curly fries and reg shakes. As expected prices have crept up at $1.49 each. Except for the happy hour shakes, other items are not worth the happy hour deals. But I wasn't disappointed with the taste. Great service. I "rang the bell" for the exceptional service. I may come back and try the "2 for...." deals another time.
We've only ever ordered takeout, but the orders are ready on time and are correct, what more can you ask for?
This is a good location. The decor is a little outdated, but the food and service are always good. Just tried the new BBQ Bourbon Brisket sandwich and it's amazing!
Delicious. Best Arby’s in the area The sandwiches are delicious. I openly wish they would change their oil more frequently so that the fries would taste better. So I simply don’t order any fries. Again the sandwiches are delicious especially when they remember to give me my au jus to dip my French dip in.
It's an Arby's. Exactly what you would expect from an Arby's. Higher end fast food.
Order was incorrect and too late to turn back. The order stated crinkle fries but got stale and cold curly fries. I was a little disappointed but it appeared they had a busy long day but definitely wished they paid attention to the order because not a fan of curly fries. As such in a $10.99 meal tossed the fries.
Just what you expect from Arby's. Fast food and reasonable prices. Service was fine.
