We have been to Firehook Bakeries a couple of times, and we enjoyed the pasties from here. The Firehook Bakeries is a small place but has a great variety of baked goods. Service is always friendly, and the baked goods are delicious. If you want to eat at the bakery there is no seating available inside but there is plenty of seating outside.

4/5! Went here with my coworker for a breakfast pick me up, and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of baked goods they had. Upon arriving, we were introduced with the lovely smell of fresh baked bread, bagels and other baked goods. The Food: After browsing what I should try (I wanted to try EVERYTHING), I went with a Pumpkin Spiced Muffin and Spinach and Cheese Croissant. The Muffin was full of that cinnamon pumpkin spice flavor and was very moist inside. The Spinach and Cheese Croissant had tat nice ratio of ingredients and buttering from the croissant. Highly recommend! The Service: Service w great! The staff here are very friendly and patient with you. And, they get your orders out quickly. The Atmosphere: The bakery is a little small. Definitely a grab n go place, but they have a ton of options to choose from. From what I saw, can't go wrong with any item. Overall, a 4/5! Highly recommend giving this place a try for their baked goods! All the items I had were delicious!

I am not Salvadorian but from experience I can say that the outside truck has the BEST pupusas I have tried in my life. Not greasy but cheesy not too much dough just enough. And the ladies are the sweetest. God bless their business.

This place is incredible. Beautiful and amazing pastries and bakery goods of all kinds. Cakes, cookies, tarts, biscotti, custom stuff here. Orded your lunch inside, go out to the food truck for an amazing Mexican/Latin authentic compilation. Fish tacos, plantain, mole, goat cheese, finest tortillas ever made this far north. 6 stars. Sweetest people working there are the best.

Firehook bakery was amazing! They had so many custom options to choose from. I ordered the strawberry layer cake. It was so fresh and the frosting was very light and was so great. This is definitely one of the best cakes I have ever eaten! I highly recommend Firehook Bakery!

Best small eatery I can pay the trip from my home just to have the croissant of feta and spinach 🥬🥐🧀. The coffee is a different story I can taste their unique clean pure caffeine. I keep craving to their magic. I placed my orders by phone and came to pick it up. I talked to a very knowledgeable guy his name is Anthony 👨🏼‍🍳. He is so awesome ☺️👨🏼‍🍳🙏🏻🥐🥬🧀☕

I visited Firehook bakeries for a quick breakfast stop and I was impressed by the quality of their baked goods. I ended up buying muffins, scones, pastries, and a cup of black coffee. The feta spinach pastry and scones were amazing. The coffee was smooth. I would suggest considering to have an espresso coffee machine for more coffee drinks. I am sure I will be back for more goods.

I dropped my car off at a repair shop a mile away. Since I was spending several hours in the area, I looked on Google Maps and found this bakery. It is hidden from the main road. I love baked goods and was excited to stop here for breakfast. After nearly a mile walk, I was ready for some food. This bakery is located in a business/industrial like area with large garage doors, trucks, ... And not many business names on buildings. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how small and yet spacious this bakery is. It has a nice selection of baked goods from muffins (blueberry, banana nut, chocolate chips, etc...), breakfast croissants (ham and cheese, cheese and eggs, spinach and feta), beautifully decorated sugar cookies, single serving pies, variety of bread, etc... there was only few of each items. Not sure if the items were sold, or that the bakery only sell a limited quantity of each item. You can order cakes. They also sell coffee and small bottles of juices and drinks. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant warmed and a small coffee. There was a good amount of ham in the croissant, but a little too much for my taste. The croissant was the best part, was soft. The ladies working there are very nice. The bakery is very clean. The restroom is next door. You will need to exit the bakery, turn left, and enter the first/second door on your left. The doors were locked but a quiet lady inside let me in. Not sure if she spoke English. There were food and drinks in that room and there were a couple of other ladies and a young child. The room looked like a break room. I enter an area with coats before reaching the bathroom door, and the bathroom was clean. If I'm in the area, I will probably stop by again.

The bakery offers bread, sandwiches, savory pastries, and a variety of sweet baked goods. There are some packaged crackers and small sweets on the side of the shop. There's an assortment of beverages but the bakery offers simple coffee and a few types of hot tea. The baked goods were all fairly large, but looked super tasty. The chocolate chip muffin, ham & cheese croissant, and sausage/egg/cheese round croissant were all really good. The croissants were flaky on the outside and savory on the inside. The coffee is okay.
