Pho Bac

Pho tasted good. The soup here is one that is heavier on the spices than others. Portion size is comparable to pretty much all other pho places. Price is comparable as well. They are open an hour later than my other pho spot in the area (which is how we ended up trying this spot). My only comment would be that there was slightly less meat than my regular spot puts in but I felt like there was also more noodles. Would go again. No problem recommending you go here either.

Always excellent service here, along with great pho. The table salad is fresh and crisp every time -- I've never wondered if they were recycling yesterday's unused veg. The broth is slightly sweet, but nicely spiced with generous portions of meat. And the little bit of sweetness is a great excuse to get their fresh salted lemonade to balance it. In fact, in the summer, it's worth it to just run in for the lemonade.

Awesome! Real authentic food, not Americanized. So much better. We will be back many times. Great service, food was outstanding. Owners were very pleasant to talk with and took interest in their customers. New menu coming soon as well, looking forward to seeing it. Just found out new owners, January 2020. They are working on fixing the bathrooms mentioned in other reviews. If you want real flavor, not sugared down (for American taste buds) like most Asian restaurants, but truly flavorful food. Give this place a chance. We had the scallion pancake appetizer, Pho, and chicken lemongrass. Everything was perfect.
