Waited over 18 minutes in the drive through line for a 12 piece extra crispy bucket of chicken and some sides. Watched two people pull out of the drive through line from behind me because of the long wait. Got up to the window finally, and the woman indicated I had ordered the 2 piece grill?!?....corrected her on the order, and then waited another 10 minutes for them to make it. Spoke to the manager, who was apologetic although he looked no more than 17 years old....he said they were very busy, but frankly the whole time I sat in the drive through line I only saw one person go into the restaurant and that was one of the people that pulled out of the drive through line and walked inside...and it seemed to work because he was off and gone before I even got my food. Asked for some butter/honey for the biscuits at the very least, and the manager handed me over 25 packets of the stuff without putting them in a bag, dropping several as he was doing so. Got home with the food and the bucket was half crispy and half regular and several pieces were missing portions of the skin. Not a good looking bucket of chicken...and after all of that wait! I will NEVER go back and suggest you go elsewhere too!
