Reviews of Kfc

Kind of crazy here. Stopped by at 11 am on a Sunday. They told us right away at the drive thru, "Just so you know, we only have 20 pieces of chicken." No problem, we wanted a 12 piece and a chicken sandwich. Nope, out of chicken sandwiches. It was 11 am. Went for tenders meal with a Mtn Dew. Ah, nope. "We have Diet Pepsi and Dr Pepper." Okay! Keeping it simple, I get that. At the window to pay, kind of a random comment about the card we used to pay. "Oh, one of these cards." Come on, people. Chicken was fine, but mostly tiny pieces and one weirdly shaped gigantic breast piece. Nashville hot tenders weren't hot.

Im reviewing the employees. Eric and the dishwasher were the only 2 staff at a location that seems to have a bit of traffic. These young men maintained a pleasant and positive attitude even though their store is out of almost everything. I was only able to purchase a few pieces of chicken no sides and no drink because they are out of it all. people have to remember, these kids are not in charge of these businesses. they are the people taking the verbal abuse for a situation they have no control of. I commend Eric for being a good, friendly, optimistic employee for a not so impressive location. I hope you get a raise. 😊

Never got my food after 1½hours! Ordered for delivery. Called driver to give my apt number. Then I called to find out where it was, was told they were looking for a new driver. Then looked up status of order again and my order was canceled! If I want to get my lunch I'll have to order again and wait for 50 min delivery. The store won't answer their phone!

Let me start here. I have been here one time in 11 years. The food was gross and then they hit me with a surcharge and I have never been back. Tonight my wife was shopping next door and decided to pick up a few chicken sandwiches, you know the one they advertise as freshly cooked? Nope another falsehood. First I will say that I was surprised at how good the fries are but that was it. I do not know what kind of equipment they use to keep their chicken warming in but it does not work. You cant fool everybody into thinking its cooked fresh. In kfc's mind that could mean freshly cooked a month ago. Was like eating hard leather sandwich. Have a look at the fresh coleslaw(see photos) thats swimming in god know what. At this point we did not even try the Mac n Cheese so no opinion on that. Also forgot to give the wife the Dr. Pepper that was to come with the meal. Place is horrible. Maybe they were busy I dont know but that is a Burger King excuse. The other chicken place across the street with the long lines? They have no problem serving fresh food but I told the wife I was "so hungry, I could eat KFC". What was I thinking. One star is too generous for this awful restaurant. Colonel is rollin over for about the last 20 years. Mc Nasties is better. 10 yucks
