Urbanh Cafe

What a cute little Vietnamese cafe! The sandwiches were very fresh and well-portioned. You have to try their fried bananas because they are just amazing! We also ordered some Vietnamese ice coffee, which was refreshing and delicious on a hot AZ day. Budget friendly without compromising the taste. You won’t regret it!

I’ve eaten lots of Bánh Mì in my travels throughout Vietnam and it’s one of my favorite meals. When my wife said she wanted to try Urbanh Café, it brought back great memories and I was excited to give this restaurant a try. I ordered the Bánh Mì with chicken and although it was tasty, it was really light on chicken. While ordering, I didn’t see soft drinks on the menu, so I ordered a frozen mango drink. Upon sitting down, I saw a refrigerator with cans of Coca-Cola inside, which was situated behind us to our left side while we ordered. I would have bought a can if I had seen it, but when I walked in, I wasn’t looking to my left, I was looking forward, at the menu. The Mango drink was tasty though. Overall, decent tasting Bánh Mì even if it was light on chicken, tasty frozen mango drink, and although Coca-Cola isn’t on the menu, it is available.

We love this place!!! It’s a family owned store. The owners and staff are so sweet.The foods is oh-so-yummy! We are addicted to the B9 vegetarian baguette and fried egg sandwiches! I am on the other hand hooked on their Sea salt oolong tea and Vietnamese coffee! They also have a variety of sweet treats and desserts on the weekend to tease your taste buds! They cater to nearby businesses as well and my staff indulge themselves on their boba drinks! Thank you!!! Happy Songran!

Delicious Special Sub was hot and toasted. I enjoyed that the sandwich french bread was crunchy on the outside. Quite large and flavorful. The boba drinks were cold and filling. Quite a large selection. I had the Peach Green Tea with boba. The restaurant had a few small tables for indoor dining and also one table outside. It was shady and mild outside and so we dined out front. Restroom was clean. A nice local place.

This is one of the places where if I miss Vietnam so much and want to treat myself to a traditional crushed ice treat. One of my favourite ones is there Red Bean Che, it is so creamy but yet not over-sweet a perfect drink for a hot day. Every time I eat it, it brought me back to my childhood time running around with friends. Fry banana is another amazing treats that you can get here. And of course you can also get bánh mỳ, so far this is the place that able to transfer the flavor of Vietnam street food to America.
