Food was decent pretty pricey for what it is. Jayla was superb at her job definitely a great asset for IHOP. Pumpkin pancakes 🥞 were scrumptious.

Typical IHOP fare. Good and friendly staff. The poblano omelette was delicious.

IHOP is my “go to” place for breakfast. I enjoy the food, the service, and the price. Lunch and dinner are great in a pinch…

Nicole is the greatest waitress we have ever had at a sit down restaurant! Even if the food wasn’t good we would still be back just for the service

Met with the Chandler Ham Radio Club for our monthly breakfast. The food is always great. I had the Quick 2-Egg Breakfast. Nicole is always very friendly and helpful, and makes the overall experience very pleasant and welcoming.

We've been to this IHop before but I'm rating it tonight because we had such a pleasant experience. Our server Daliana was so sweet. She made sure we had what we ordered and what we wanted. She spoke so kindly to my young daughter. It was only her and one other server in the place. They were so busy but she still was upbeat and attentive to us. Our family had a rough day where we had a large expensive problem happen at our home and it was so nice to relax at IHop and have some family time.

We were hungry for a Saturday brunch and decided to stop at IHOP. If you haven't been to an IHOP recently, the menu has been updated and is quite extensive. I opted for the Split Decision and my wife had the Bourbon Bacon Jam Eggs Benedict.
The Split Decision was excellent, and I must add that the French Toast is large, fluffy, and delicious. On the other hand, the Bourbon Bacon Jam Eggs Benedict was a bit too sweet for our liking. In the future, we'll probably stick with the Classic Eggs Benedict.
The service was great which added to an overall great value. Thank you, IHOP.

The service was fantastic. The server even came over to apologize for the wait because a few orders were mixed up. I don't even think we had been waiting 10 minutes at that point, so that was great being proactive. Food as always was amazing and large portions. Will be back!
