One of the best Denver omelets I have had in a very long time! Fresh ingredients, good portion size an flavorful. Small red potatoes with savory spices were excellent..whole grain toast was a step up over most restaurant-grade varieties! Stopped on a whim and will definitely be back. Dustin a great waiter.

This was our first time eating here after finding it on Yelp when trying to find a great gluten-free place to eat on our date and it did NOT disappoint! There are SO many amazing food, drink, and dessert options! And nearly everything is or can be made gluten free which is great news for my wife and daughter who are gluten free! 🎉🎉🎉 If you’ve been on the fence about giving Tryst Cafe a try, don’t waste anymore of your time and HURRY up and give it a try!! So delicious!!
I tried their BBQ Bacon Burger 🍔 and it was magical 🪄 and my wife tried the Southwest Chicken Salad (and added bacon 🥓) and she couldn’t stop raving about it!! Then I got their decadent warm gluten free brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream 🍨 on top! and she got their chocolate ganache cake and everything was so so amazing!!

We dined on the patio and Ellie was our server. She was phenomenal! On top of Ellie, the drinks are good, the vegan food was absolutely delicious (highly recommend the sweet potato burger!), and the chocolate ganache cake (also vegan!!!!) was phenomenal. We will be back, especially with the number of vegan food items on the menu and dessert menu.

We had a delightful evening! My wife ordered the salmon and I had the bison burger. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the asparagus was crisp! The bison burger was a juicy medium rare and the bourbon glaze was the perfect compliment! We will be back!

What a pleasant surprise! The food at tryst was fantastic! We had the desert lettuce wraps, I had the steak tacos and my wife had the burger. They use organic ingredients which makes everything tastier. Our server Ellie was amazing as well. We will be back here again soon.

Food is generally good, but the service is always incredibly long. I come here maybe once or twice a year because I love the allergy friendly items, but it’s been 4+ years and it ALWAYS takes a century to go from sitting down to receiving your food. I just don’t understand how that literally has not changed at all during so many years. There are a couple items that I have gotten that I would not recommend but I do love their burgers. Also the water tastes like a bird pooped in it. But I’m one of those people who believe all water does not taste good.

We flew into Phoenix and were starving. We chose Tryst Cafe because the menu was filled with options for gluten free and vegan choices. The portions were generous and everything we had was amazing. The roasted buffalo cauliflower started the meal out perfectly. The riblets were tender and juicy and the "roast beast" sandwich was outstanding. The atmosphere was chill. We are only here a week but will be back before we go.

Excellent neighborhood restaurant and local spot. Brad and his family are great people and owners. They really care about the people who come in. The restaurant could improve a few things but every restaurant has this. Overall great spot to enjoy a meal. Love their open bar architecture concept on a nice cool day. I recommend the breakfast and brunch.

Picked this place for its dog friendly patio and had a wonderful time! We did brunch. The staff was so sweet and brought my pup a bone and water immediately. Our waitress was amazing. Really great service. I had the bison burger which is something I can’t usually find just anywhere.
