Starbucks

I’m on the PTO board for one of the Chandler schools. Each year we host a Veterans Day breakfast for the students who have family members that are serving or who have served. I had reached out to several Starbucks but non were available to donate coffee for the date we hosted our event. I called Starbucks on Arizona Ave and Ocotillo and spoke to Jason. Without hesitation he said let’s do it. Tell me when and where and how much coffee. Jason and the staff graciously donated two cambros, cups, sugars and creamer for our veterans breakfast. Jason also brought staff members and his district manager to our event. Which we were thrilled because we’ve never had Starbucks employees come to our event, let alone deliver the coffee. They went around to serve our veterans water and juice. At the end of our event I asked Jason if they would be able to donate two cambros of hot water for us to make hot chocolate for our winter movie night event in December and again without hesitation he said yes, and they even donated cups for our hot chocolate. I can’t even begin to express how grateful the PTO board is for the kindness of Jason, the staff and Star bucks. From the bottom our our hearts, thank you for your kindness and generosity.

This is a beautiful Starbucks! I love it! It is right across Hamilton High School so obviously full of students. It isn’t usually busy in the evenings, especially weekends. The team is great! Employees are super humble and kind. They are expert in making custom drinks! Overall, it was very neat and clean, restroom was super clean too.

My wife and I go twice a week and the last 3 times our iced coffee has been burnt and barely drinkable, our most recent experience was this morning. For how much we spend there it's disappointing this is becoming a regular experience *** Update 3 stars - to 5 Although this was a reality, this has completely not been my experience for the year following this review. I have been completely satisfied with my experiences, and the staff is absolutely amazing here. Lucky to have such a nice place so close to home.

I always enjoy going to this Starbucks. I usually go to the Queen Creek location since it’s right by my work, but when I did my usual mobile order at that location yesterday, I discovered that it was closed for maintenance. However, my order still went through, I was charged, and I never got my drink. I came to this location this morning to see if they would honor the purchase with my receipt, and the young lady that helped me was very sweet and understanding about the situation. She fulfilled my order and I walked out a happy customer!
