i’ve tried multiple different taco bell locations around me and none of them have been as good as i once remembered, although this location has stored my faith back in taco bell <3 BJ and Andrew we’re working and made my experience and food amazing! Very clean environment as well!

Today's trip was to correct a previous messed up order. They have me a little hassle but did end up replacing the food that was wrong in our order

Order got deleted by computer/didn’t go through or got picked up by someone else that I put in online. The staff did my order manually from my phone when they were already busy. The order was ready quick as well.

I have visited this location several times recently and they had been amazingly fast - my order being ready as soon as I step away from the cash register after paying! However this last time on July 26, they said we had to use the kiosk. The registers must have been broken. They still had to print the receipt with the register - somehow - and the food was much slower to be prepared. I filled my soda and waited around for a while. It was not busier than usual either. I am hoping it was just a temporary issue.

I gave it a 4 star because this place is very busy and the drive thru line is extremely busy and long,so there is definitely a wait especially at night. Would b better if the dining area closes at 10 pm for ppl like me who wanna just come in and go real quick.

This particular Taco Bell at the corner of Queen Creek and Alma School in Chandler Arizona is excellent. Taco Bell in general does not have the best reputation. However, this location has a friendly atmosphere, employees that actually care, I'm very impressed. Sometimes the portions are a little bit small on the value menu, but that's to be expected at any Taco Bell. Portions vary from place to place. Sometimes you get something huge for a dollar, sometimes you get something really tiny.
Although there's kiosk ordering, similar to any fast-food location nowadays, there is still a physical menu and you can order with an actual employee. I like that a lot, as I value in person interaction.
I would recommend this Taco Bell location. In contrast, stay away from the Taco Bell location at San Tan Village. The employees are rude and obnoxious at that location.

Great service with great food!
I ordered the $5 Classic Combo, which came with a hard shelled taco, beefy 5 later burrito, cinnamon twists, and a drink. I ordered this via the kiosk, which was simple and easy to use.
I was greeted by a lady who was checking to see if I was waiting on an order. She handed me my drink cup and within a minute, my order was ready. The lady was very friendly and personable.
The Lobby had clean tables with no noticable trash issues. The floor needed a good mopping, but didn't hinder my experience.
I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves some Taco Bell with great service!
