I was incredibly impressed all the way around! I had the CHICKEN COCONUT WRAP & the person with me had the BUNLESS SMOKEY WILD BURGER. Both meals were excellent! So tasty, well seasoned, & cooked to perfection. Our greeter (the owner?) welcomed us warmly, then asked us about any dietary restrictions before deciding which menu to give to us (they have vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, & AIP menus available for those with issues/concerns). She made sure to point out any spices that might give me a problem, but there were alternatives that made the process seamless. Our server was solicitous, friendly, & attentive. We will be back!

Amazing food and service! Can't wait to come back. Had the fajitas and the bunless burger with the lava cake dessert. Yummmm. Don't forget to try the Paleo margarita.

I was met at the door by a nice young lady who gave me the option of sitting where I wanted. I had a glass of the house red wine. It was an average pour and the wine itself was average, maybe a bit better than other house wines. I had the bacon wrapped, cashew butter stuffed dates, which were wonderful! The plate was split with a caramel sauce and a basil type reduction, though I could have done without the caramel since the bacon had enough sweetness on its own. Then I had the smoked salmon benedict and substituted the crispy brussel sprouts for an extra $2. The sprouts were not appealing at first because they were sweeter than I expected, but once I read the menu I saw they had an apple cider reduction the taste made more sense and it was better. Still, I prefer my veggies more savory than sweet. The smoked salmon was wonderful and they didn't skimp on the goat cheese. The arugula was lightly dressed and the meal was overall quite delicious. I would recommend trying trying this restaurant for a healthy alternative to the norm.

I never post online but the food was that good. Had the bacon wrapped dates, rack of lamb and salmon then the salted carmel ice cream. Best Brussels I've had anywhere. The fact that everyting was paleo quality made it worth the few extra bucks.

I'm not sure why Blooming Beets isn't packed (too new?) but the food is fantastic. The menu is Paleo and everything we tasted was delicious. It's a comfortable open space with indoor tables, booths and patio seating - pretty much the same feel as Fired Up had. Hopefully they will get the large sliding windows open so guests can enjoy the indoor-outdoor space before it gets too hot. Our service was okay - very friendly - but with a few slip-ups on the order and the drinks. We're sure this will smooth out as they get rolling. We were super excited to see that they serve spirits from locally owned Arizona Distilling Co. The Mission Vodka is one of my favorites. I'd love to see some local AZ wines on the menu. We were intrigued by the paleo menu. Everything sounded great. The four of us ate one order (4) of bacon-wrapped dates and quickly ordered another. They were perfectly crispy, juicy and chewy. We also chowed down on a roasted brussels sprouts appetizer, warm chicken salad (full of beets, brussels and cauliflower) and an egg-topped bunless elk burger over fried potatoes and greens. Our friend had a beautiful hunk of pistachio dusted salmon over brussels sprouts and potatoes. We will be back, for sure. I hope people give it a try. The food really is amazing. Could be a fun local place to hang out with some live music and happy hour specials.
