To me, no one has better biscuits that Hardees!!! I enjoy the food and the prices. But i enjoy the service and associates more than anything!!! Customer service is lost in most establishments. I have seen employees on their phones and dont attend to the customer until they are done. Its horrbile. Most people dont smile and make you feel like you are disturbing them for coming to their job. Not at the Champaign Hardees!!! They ALL greet you with joy. The associates joke around with each other and laugh and smile. 6am and the associates are smiling and thanking you and inviting you back. They recognize me. They recognize my voice in the drive thru. With all the businesses closing i truly hope Hardees don't ever close. I work two jobs and sometimes my days start off bad but when the Hardees associates smile and laugh that early in the morning it really turns things around. Thank you so for the Champaign Hardees!!!

The food is good. Biscuits and breakage sandwiches better than McDonald's. Friendly people but when they are under-staffed it takes forever to get your food. The dining room isn't always kept clean but it's not bad. I haven't had a bad experience at this location.

Been coming to this location on and off for over 19 years. Finally they have an awesome team that treats customers with respect food was great now I'll be coming here steadily instead once or twice a year!!!!

Beats the Popeyes chicken sandwich by a mile. Always made fresh unlike Popeyes where you can't get a customed made sandwich, everyone of Popeyes has mayo and pickles on it.

The person that helped us was great and accommodated our request to cut the sandwich in half. As with many places these day language used by other employees in the presence of customers could have been monitored better. The food was good.

Food was fresh, and brought out to our table promptly. Haven’t had a Frisco burger in a while, and was really happy with the one they made me.

At this point I would fight anyone who claimed they made better fries than these ladies on Bradley. Don't hesitate to tip them!
They have a contender in their hand-breaded chicken sandwich. The bun is outstanding as well. May the fast food war continue.
