This BK has definitely had some staffing issues in the past, but I have had a series of excellent experiences in the past 6 months or so (writing this review 7/30/23). The manager I've interacted with at the drive thru was very kind. Gotta show them some love.

My family and I eat at the Champaign BK on Springfield regularly, and we are never disappointed. The friendly, accommodating service and the tremendous coupons they circulate in mailers have turned this BK into one of our go to places. And we wouldn't keep going back if we didn't enjoy the food. Never had a bad experience there and the mangers seem to do a great job./appreciate their customers. Special shout out to KD. He treated us like gold during our last visit.

Food is always hot and fresh, manager is super polite. Always clean priced about what you expect for big sandwiches.

This was the first time I came into the store it was clean, staff was nice, and bathrooms were clean.

Guess they don't give trays anymore when you dine in. Told them I was dining in and so did others. But we all got bags and cups with ice. Ice machine out front did not work.
