Blaze Pizza

I went there for Lunch and I'm quite surprised at how it is set up ! They have machines that shapes the dough ( which is a good thing for our youth to learn ) ! The Employees seem pretty good even when they have a line out the door ! The pizza is as good as any I have ever ate ! But when you reach the end of the line , paying for your order , and picking up your food ! Your asked if you would like a sauce added to your pizza . ( They have the good stuff ! ) They have a nice choice of drinks from fruit juices to Coke Products . The only thing I seen wrong was how the girls wore their hair ! When your hair is longer than your neck line YOU HAVE TO TIE IT UP UNDER YOUR HAT OR SHIRT ! HAIR CARRIES MORE GERMS THAN YOU COULD IMAGINE ! LADIES AND GENTLEMAN PLEASE TIE IT UP !

TL;DR: All in all, an excellent meal. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed our lunch today. We each got the "Take 2" -1/2 of a pizza and a salad. The salads were very fresh - mine was one of their standards - Bleu cheese and chicken with Buffalo ranch on romaine. My wife had a build-your-own salad with more exotic greens and she could add any toppings she wanted. The pizzas came out of the fire oven a few minutes later, piping hot. They have a number of sauces that they put on top of you like. The only downside: shortly after we got there, there was quite a rush. It appeared that some people had to wait to get their food.
