Mcdonald's

There was not a long line at all. I ordered right away, but when I pulled up to pay it took about 7 minutes for the car in front of me finish the transaction. When I gave a $20 bill and a dime for something that cost $1.02, he closed the window and I waited and waited for about 6 minutes. He finally opened the door and asked if I needed anything. I said I needed my change. He forgot & then had to go get someone to help him get it. No problem at all, mistakes happen. Then he hands me a handful of crumpled up bills; I couldn't tell what was what. I counted it before I pulled up. It was very unorganized at this location and they didn't really seem to care. At least my one drink was accurate.

4 years that I’ve been eating here and the place is just the worse McDonald’s location. I’ll give it a break and come back after few months to see if it changed but no, it’s still the same bad quality. The one on Claremont rd is constantly 100 times better. I don’t understand how this could be. I only order Big Mac, probably the simplest meal there and somehow something always goes wrong. I ask for no cheese and get with cheese. The French fries are always limp and not fresh. Stop ruining my McDonald’s!!!!

Don't go to this McDonald it's trash. Customer Service is terrible. 06/24/22 @10:45pm the gentlemen at the drive-thru made commentary that was offensive and insensitive to customers. The driver before me made an order for 6 Mcfluries. The cashier comments "Oh My God I don't think we even have enough Oreos" - as if no one could tell he just didn't want to make the order. The line moved ridiculously slowly and I believe it was intentional. I know there are staffing shortages but it's insane at this McDonald's. Finally, I approached the window and the gentleman/cashier read the order. I agreed, then he asked what made me stay in the line so long? I'm thinking that's a weird question. Instead, he should have said we appreciate your patients. But no worries I simply told him it was one of the only businesses open. He then gave me a bag and I asked for a drink. I remembered using a coupon code from the Mcdonald's app and it clearly states the meal comes with a drink. I told the gentlemen this and he started to use profanity back to me (very rude) I thought to myself. I am an advocate customer of the business. No one should be spoken to this way, especially after a long wait I experienced. After I left I notice my order was incorrect. I did not get that bigmac I wanted instead I got a cheeseburger. WOW! I will never shop at McDonald's again. Just go to Wayback Burger! Way better service there.
