Wow Pho And Grill

I have been to many Pho restaurants, but I have to say WOW Pho & Grill definitely stands apart from the rest. Here I experienced genuine Vietnamese taste. The food has remarkable flavors making me crave for more. The atmosphere has a comfortable setting and the decor gives the entire dining area a warm welcoming feeling. Unlike other restaurants the space feels very open here and not sitting upon other guests. The beef fillet was very lean and had a savory flavor like no other. The fried rice was unique as well, with the perfect texture and blend which included eggs, green onion, garlic, and some unknown seasonings. The beef soup was enormously portioned and cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and it was very clean thoughout the entire place. I'll definitely be a regular customer here. I look forward to my next visit to explore more of the menu items and special requests that are available. You have to make a stop here either for lunch or dinner.

This is my first time here. The waiter was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he knew (and got it right), right away. They have a lot of fresh food/ veggies. I noticed a little bug on my food (parsley leaf, treat I put in soup. They were so apologetic! They hurried, eagerly, to make things right. The manager came over to make sure I was okay as well. I love the vibe, the professional manner, the staff, decor, etc. So they get a 5 from me! They did an awesome job, even under pressure. Excellent service! 7/5 stars for service! Nice new place with nice tile work and sleek decor. Their menu is gorgeous with beautiful pictures and descriptions of every menu item and with many vietnamese foods I've never tried before but had my mouth watering. Food was good. The Pho soup lacked some flavor when it was served. (Is Wow Pho all natural? Do other restaurants just use msg to get that flavor? The leftovers that sat in my fridge for several hours had the great deep, rich and complex flavor I expected from pho soup. I guess the stock needed more time to steep the flavors?) The bbq port cutlets were delicious! They made our avocado smoothies exactly how we wanted them, light on ice and light on sugar, perfect, delicious, and not rot-your-teeth sweet! Not my favorite pho restaurant as of right now, but they were still quite good. I mean, we ate there during the electricity blackout, high winds and light rain of Tropical Storm Irma! That's how awesome their service is! I'll go there again to see how time improves this wonderful new restaurant!

I asked the waitress if 1 bowl of pho is enough, she told me yes. So, I ordered additional spring rolls but came with 2 pho, so, I told her I only ordered 1 and requested 1 extra bowl so we could share it but the owner refused to take it back. Also the spoon she gave us is dirty,not a good experienced for my first and will be my last visit. Not a good customer service here
