Sweet Frog

We paid $12.50 for 3 small cups of only one flavor. No other flavors were working. One kid doesn't like strawberry at all so we just put a small amount of it in the dish just so we didn't leave with an empty dish and was still charged for it. But they are closing down this week. So best of luck with the rest of their ventures. I would not recommend going this week. Try a different location maybe.

Employees seemed friendly enough and this place has a fun vibe to it and all so I could see how kids would enjoy coming here but for as expensive as their frozen yogurt is, I expected so much more out of this place. They do have a huge selection of toppings and flavors but their frozen yogurt is meh.. really runny/watery....nothing special. Just ridiculously overpriced which is why I’m giving it such a poor rating.

Sweet Frog is good. The Yogurt is mostly good, I enjoy the environment and the staff is very friendly. They have a great selection of toppings for the various types of yogurt, and a good selection of yogurt as well. My biggest problem with them is they only have vanilla flavor in soft serve ice cream not in yogurt. I would rather eat yogurt do to dietary concerns, but my favorite flavor is vanilla (yes I realize that's boring) but aside from that I still say it's a great place to go, especially if you have kids.

The machines were not working so there were only two flavors! We usually go for the fruit toppings with a little bit of chocolate. The fruit was all old. It didn't even look edible. Maybe the refrigeration was bad on it? I couldn't believe how run down it was since we went two years ago. The workers all stayed in the back and chatted. No one was out front the entire time, except when we went to pay. I was really disappointed

The staff is still quite pleasant and the floors and tables are usually clean but things have really gone downhill since they first opened. The machines are often out of order and when they are working, the froyo is soupy. But my biggest personal disappointment is the fact they never have Original Tart.

This place used to be the go to for frozen yogurt! Very disappointing that they didn't have the 3 main flavors one would get with yogurt. Choc. Strawberry and Vanilla. They had Choc. and vanilla in ice cream. I hope you change this in the future. We came for yogurt. Still a nice clean setup otherwise.

Aside from the solitary napkin I saw laying on the floor, everything was meticulous! The staff were friendly, and took great detail in refilling the toppings, appearance and cleanliness around the counter areas. The detail brush cleaning around the toppings was intriguing. Wish I had taken pictures or a video, sorry. Disappointed only, in that I saw but a few patrons. And the annoying ding ding ding from the door. If I worked there, I would be hearing that thing in my sleep... 🤔
