Five Guys

I have gotten food here 4 times in 2 months because my daughter loves their burgers. The food takes forever. Today I ordered 30 minutes earlier online and still waited another 5 once I arrived to watch them prepare the burger. Food is great. People are friendly but this is not fast food. This is slow food disguised as fast food. Would never recommend if you have somewhere you are trying to be soon after.

Went to this Chambersburg location for the first time on February 18, 2022 on our way back from visiting Shippensburg University. My wife, two daughters, and I enjoyed our burgers and fries; they were very good. The cashier was very friendly. She and the other two ladies were working hard to get customers' orders taken and food prepared and to customers. Our order was fulfilled, from start to finish, within the usual amount of time expected, if not a bit quicker, for a Five Guys. The only issue is parking in the spaces directly in front of the restaurant. Because of a drive-thru, vehicles that park there get blocked in. If my daughter attends Shippensburg University, glad that she will have a good Five Guys fairly close by that won't require her to get on the interstate to get there.

Great food, great service, and clean restroom as always with 5 guys. Would have been 5 stars but I can't stand paying 16$ for a burger and fries then see some kids underware because he wants to baby gangster while at work. Dont get me wrokg, he was polite and I observed him working hard, but I don't expect to see this in a restaurant.
