Pizza Hut

Let's start with I finally earned enough points to get a free large pizza. I ordered meatloavas did not get a meatloather's pizza! I had three pizzas in my order one meat lovers on my 300 points I earned, one red sauce with pepperoni, chicken, and bacon, one with white sauce that was supposed to be chicken, ham, and pineapple. What I received was two of the red sauce with pepperoni, chicken, and bacon no meat lovers then my white sauce pizza had bacon NOT Pineapple. I don't understand why it is that when I have spent enough to earn a free pizza my free pizza is never what I'm actually ordering. On top of that I wanted to try the cinnamon breadsticks did not get the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with it. The last couple times I have ordered from Pizza Hut it has been the most disappointing experience . At this point I'm looking for another pizza place in the parish cause the want to come back to Pizza Hut is not there due to the disappointment.

Make sure you call the Chalmette location first before ordering online. I ordered a pizza yesterday at 6:18pm that was going to be ready for pick-up at 6:50pm. I got to the store at 6:38pm, waited in my car until 6:50pm and then went inside. When I got to the front door I saw a sign that read that they'd be closing at 6pm due to staffing shortages. The employee working the front, who was fielding a lot of angry customers, explained to me that any order placed after 6 was more than likely not processed. He did look in the computer just to see if my order went through and it hadn't. I didn't get angry with him because it wasn't his fault, but I was still upset nonetheless. If the store is having issues, then it needs to be communicated in a way so that customers don't waste their time and having to wait for refunds to be processed.

I usually don’t trip and just take my L if something isn’t completely right, but today I couldn’t. I ordered pizza eight piece wings cinnamon sticks and some buffalo sauce. They took a little minute getting here which was fine I’d rather have everything then for someone to rush and not get everything that I paid for by the way I spent $33.08. When the pizza arrives it was a DoorDash which I don’t know maybe I’m crazy but I didn’t ask for a DoorDash. But I was fine with that because he was cool the problem was my wings didn’t come and my sauce didn’t come. I told the DoorDash employee but really that’s not his job his job is to pick up the food and deliver it Pizza Hut job is to make sure everything that I ordered comes at once. So then I called the store multiple times because they didn’t want to answer it said press one for existing orders that’s what I did nobody answered so I waited as if I was going to order somebody finally answered when I told them about the existing order they went quiet then they hung up. So I called again did the same thing again they picked up this time it was a different person with a accent I told him about it he said he would connect me I simply told him can you please make sure that they answer because I’ve been on the phone for a couple minutes now. When he connecting me it’s still just wrong nobody picked it up nobody cared. The door dasher had a little more compassion and without getting paid or anything he went back and got my order which still was a little wrong but I was appreciative that he even did that. This is my last time ordering from y’all Pizza Hut because y’all don’t care. I’m never the type of person to leave a review unless it’s a good one so I am very disappointed and disgusted. I placed my order online for carry-out/curbside. When I arrived, I click on the button that I was outside, yet, no one came to the car. Some time passed and I had to call to have my order brought to me. Lastly, when I got home, opened the box, I noticed a large piece of cardboard baked into the pizza! NOT cool!!!😡
