Terrible experience, food taste dry and harder than wood, my biscuit was hard as a rock and the drink taste watered-down and bitter. It was a very bad experience especially since the young lady working in the drive thru was extremely nice and pleasant, her excellent service should be recognized out this debacle. I have lost my trust and taste for K.F.C.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ordered online thru app. Arrived at restaurant to teller advising me one of my items was unavailable, and I'd have to select something else. When I reminded her the order was already paid for, and there was nothing else KFC offered I wanted, she became upset, and told me I'd have to cancel the whole order. When I asked how could I cancel an online order, she became irate, and flew into a tirade about she told me choose something else, and what I want her to do. It was awful! Thank goodness the manager was able to step in and explain she really wasn't familiar with how to cancel an online order, and then negotiated a solution we both could live with. WORST DRIVE-THRU TELLER EVER! No wonder Popeye's next door had a line around the building to the street, and I was KFC's only patron. Clearly, KFC is the best chicken on the market. All I can say about that night is, No Management, No Store!

Horrible experience, I can see why the Popeyes across the street is full. They're always trying to rush you to order, it's always "that's it?" after every item. Didn't even let us finish saying spicy chicken sandwich when she was already telling us they didn't have any. She had our total before we finished ordering. I would suggest going to Popeyes instead

Horrible experience, don’t believe I will return again. I ordered three 3 pice chicken which was very expensive. When I arrived home and realize that they only gave me two pieces of chicken in each box. So I drove all the way back to Chalmette from Gentilly to get my order remade. I spoke with the management and asked could we make those three pieces four pieces for the inconvenience of our mail being incorrect. The management told me they couldn’t because they count the chicken, and they aren’t allowed to give us three extra pieces just for our drive back but threw away six pieces of chicken and remade our order. They care less how the customer feels

Going through the drive thru was fast even with 5cars ahead. The 8piece box meal was hot cooked just right and the crew was very pleasant. Everything was in the bag including the utensils and napkins! Fantastic job because across the street was a mile long and lots of cars waiting! Glad we decided to eat at this KFC very different from past experiences, that's a big plus!!
