Just had some soda along with chips and guacamole which were yummy. The chips were light and crispy with a hint of lime. The outside seating was nice. We enjoyed the breeze. The restaurant was clean and the employees were pleasant. It was busy with people ordering bowls and burritos. It looked amazing and delicious. We'll eat here again when we visit for shopping and lunch.

Missing item from my order. Communication with the Bot was frustrating and did not clearly give me chooses to resolve my problem. So, I called the restaurant.
Another bot and did not handle my problem. There was no option to speak with a person. Very disappointed with Chipotle’s customer service.
