I ordered the Grill Master cake for my husband for Father's Day, and once again they did not disappoint! It was a rocky road ice cream with chocolate cake and was so delicious! Not to mention the decorations and frosting were on point and totally looked like the photo in the advertisement! 👏👏👏 Great job and will definitely order again! Thank you so much! (Older Review) I ordered an ice cream cake for my littlest 6th grade promotion and they were so communicative and made the icing in his school colors Nixon Academy ❤💛❤ and Mae Lin (sp?) Went above and beyond to make sure my cake was perfect! And the price was great 😀 definitely recommend this store, all employees were awesome! Thank you so much

Clean store, but 1* for Ube Coconut Ice cream. It's not Ube but just coconut. Because of weird Ube mix, whole ice cream was tasting weirdly, had to throw away. $3.99 for single scoop. Hope to save some bucks for others for this very specific flavor. Could've saved a few bucks if a taste would've been offered. South St store just lost another customer.

Two visits, spaced couple of years apart and both of them were not pleasant. As others mentioned in their reviews, we experienced rudeness too from the owners. They were rude with my 5 yr old boy so that goes a long way in telling how they are running their shop. All he asked was a request to sample a particular flavor and they rudely denied it. Being surprised we gently asked that other BRs do provide a sample, their response was we dont do it here in a rude tone implying you can go elsewhere then. Of course we left the place without buying and fortunately, they are not the only Baskin Robbins in the area, so we will stop visiting this place for good now.

I have always bought my ice cream cakes here. They are usually quite tasty and the employees have always treated me right . Today, however, was a different story. I was looking for a sugar free cake which they did not have, which was fine. Just to commemorate a dearly departed sister's 60th b'day. Since they did not have the sugar free kind, I decided to just buy a really small log type ice cream cake. I told the attendant to scribble "Happy 60th b'day, Nanette". We agreed that she would have to scribble it on the platform since the cake was too small and had not enough space in it. She used blue icing (!!!) to do that. I asked if she could change it to red which she had on the side but she refused. While I took the cake home, that young woman ruined the experience for us. I hope that she won't do that to her other customers. She needs better customer service skills and I hope she gets it soon. There are other fishes in the ocean, if you know what I mean.
