Starbucks

Ordered 2 drinks. They gave me one. Went back and notified them but they didn't charge me for two drinks only one. Both were decaf but didn't even follow that direction. They gave me the 2nd drink for free but a small which was nice of them. Went back to get extra caramel and what an attitude. HARDLY put caramel. My drink tasted bitter had to throw it away. It's the bad attitude that made me rate this. I understand the mistake and appreciate what was done. But the attitude..hopefully it's better if I go next ti.e.

2/6/2022 @ 3:12pm No greeting walking in. I had two kids and a pup. I don't just walk up to the cashier I wait until the associate says "How may I help you". Obviously, at this location, you're supposed to walk up to the cashier. I was just standing for at least 3mins and that's long when you count. A gentleman tatted with the big hole ear piercing assisted me. This was my first time purchasing the pup treat. This gentleman gave me his opinion on it saying he doesn't give his dog that and asked if my pup was a Service Dog. I was told only Service Dogs are allowed (should put signs up) and for some reason it seemed like he didn't want to service me. I totally thought this location Customer Service was about to be off the hook but it was actually uncomfortable.

Highly disappointed in this trip to Starbucks. Don’t get me wrong, I love Starbucks as much as the next girl, but the service was terrible tonight. The person working the counter gave my boyfriends mom a hard time for ordering a PLAIN coffee. He said that it was going to take an extra 5-7 minutes to make and acted like it was a burden on him to make it. Here it is, 10 minutes later and she doesn’t have a coffee. I ordered the new golden ginger drink and it is honestly pretty terrible. He gave me attitude when I ordered it and cut me off telling me they didn’t have the coconut in it. When I tried to order the new matcha drink instead he cut me off again to say I could get soy or almond in the ginger drink. So I got soy in it. The drink tastes like bubble gum. Also, I am overhearing another customer that their urinal is broken. AND my aunt had to give the staff the creamer container bc it was empty when she went to put some in her coffee.

A good experience, a typical starbucks. Clean, prompt service, friendly staff. I was very impressed by their inventive way to handle the pickup orders which seemed amazingly efficient. On the other hand, I found that it appeared they only had one single outlet for people to plug in their devices to charge. In my opinion that is a bad deficit for a Starbucks. So overall, my first visit was good as I got there early and captured the outlet for a few hours before my meeting.

I ordered through the mobile app, and I didn't know my order was waiting for me by the entrance. I was standing by the counter for a long time, and finally noticed other people getting their drinks from a table by the entrance. They should have a sign by the counter telling customers this. Other than that, the employees were very pleasant, and they actually had caramel drizzle!
