Dim Sum was tasty and only good one we found close to Chantilly without driving all the way to falls church. Chicken feet, shumai, soup dumplings and spare ribs was very good. We also ordered the. Sizzling black pepper beef which I failed to take a picture of that was ok but sauce was a bit watery and needed more seasoning. One other thing I noticed since it was our first time there was all their plates and utensils seemed very old and needs to be replaced. Also their kids high chairs looked like an old school torture chair with the weird straps. I think the owner needs to invest in some upgraded items but the waitress was very attentive and quick to respond to us. Overall good first experience but didn’t get my full 5 stars.
The food was really good. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars was due to the service. Multiple dishes did not make it to us until we were almost ready to go home. I will try it again and edit my review if I just happened to catch them in an abonormally busy day.
A good place to go if you’re looking for standard Chinese food in addition to good made-to-order dim sum in a sit-down environment.
The service was surprisingly friendly for a Chinese restaurant and the restaurant was clean and relatively quiet with relaxing background music.
We ordered a mix of dim sum, lo mein, Singapore noodles, and chicken. The food isn’t overly-seasoned, which is refreshing for a Chinese restaurant.
My primary criticism was in the soup dumplings. While quite tasty, in over half of them there wasn’t any “soup” (it had seemingly leaked out before serving). A bit disappointing. The other dim sum we had was what you would expect.
Certainly good enough to go back for some fairly good dim sum (just without the carts). Probably wouldn’t get the soup dumplings again, though.
DIM SUM IN CENTREVILLE! All delicious. No carts order off the menu and comes HOT unlike carts. The best hot and sour soup. Very nice staff many came from Fortune after it closed.
the quality of dim sum is better than the rest in this area! Not crowded at lunchtime Saturday. Maybe because not too many customers so they didn’t do dim sum carts, instead they cooked by order. So each dim sum is 5 min apart, but it’s fine we are prepared.
Good place for a quick dim sum fix. Dim sum dishes are made to order.
This is probably one of the better dim sum places around Centreville, VA...not the best but certainly not the worst... I would eat here again...
This was the first time for me. I really enjoyed the food. The waitress we had at first was pretty standoffish. But at we proceeded through our dinner she became very friendly, almost to the point of being comical. The food was very very good. We had both dim sum and regular dishes. I would definitely go back for more food.
Didn't know this place serve dim sum. Brought my parents to tried it and they said it's pretty good. The variety of dim sum is not as many as other dim sum restaurant but decent. Not too much MSG. I believe dim sum is serve daily till 8pm. Don't have push cart but orders came out fresh and hot. Service was on point and nice. Great alternative if you don't feel like driving all the way to Maryland.
Reviewing purely on the dim sum this restaurant does better than most in the area.
Fewer wait times and dishes are made to order. Everything tastes right and comes out hot.
Haven't tried their entree dishes but they look appetizing. Definitely would rather drive out to Centerville for dim sum instead of waiting at Silver Spring for a hour
