Went inside to order. Restaurant was clean. I didn’t ’t use the automated order system because there was not a line. Associate was pleasant. Very fast service.
Sausage McMuffin with Egg was perfect. The English muffin was very fresh, not tough at all. The sausage was juicy and hot the egg was soft. Probably the best I’ve ever had.

3/19/22 second shift did a fantastic job with my large order. Not only was everything correct but they also helped me try to figure out the app and was very patient. I've have many years food service under my belt and to me the manager was running that crew efficiently and respectfully.

I could not not give a star. This was the worst experience I have had. Did the kiosk ordering, and went and sat down. About 40 minutes later after most of the young kids working there left another employee who was fixing drinks advised our food had been on the counter for a while. The man who I assume was the manager apologized and fixed us new fries because ours had sat there so long they were cold. I understand it was late when we went in but we had just left a baseball game and was trying to feed my family. To say the least it was a really bad experience. Will not be back!!!

My burger was so burnt I couldn't eat it. We asked for no ice in our drinks, they all had ice. Our fries were cold, hard, & bland. Had to throw this food out and make ramen. We have children... and their nuggets were rock hard.

As a chain they are doing all they can with limited workforce and face same supply issues as the rest of the USA. Good store,
order prepared correctly, good people. McDonald's isn't going to get a Michelin star anywhere- it is a good escape and this store is a 4 of 5

This store has really improved. A year ago I wouldn't even give it one star. I will definitely start going back to this location.

Was #3 in a line of 8 cars at the drive thru. The car at the pickup window took 10 minutes to get a large order that should have been asked to pull up or park for pickup. No excuse for all of us to have COLD, MELTED FOOD! COME ON CENTRE, AL McDonalds....

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had anywhere! They have more than enough staff who unfortunately don't understand customer service!
