Taco Bell

The store must have been really busy yesterday afternoon because I waited half an hour in line, some of that time was on the street just waiting to get turned into the parking lot, before I was able to get in line, so some cars that came after me got in front of me because they were in a different lane. It was still a really long wait once I got in the drive-thru line and when I got up to the window it turned out my food had been sitting in an open bag waiting by the window which explains why it was cold. I had ordered on the app and had already marked I would pick up in the drive-thru before I saw the line. Even though I chose sauces in the app, I didn't get any sauces or napkins. One of the workers seemed concerned that I was a doordash driver, which I'm not and no one asked me if I was; I ordered on the app for myself. However, I'm not sure why they would feel the need to be rude to the doordash people either. So, a long wait for cold food and poor customer service created a disappointing, unpleasant experience.

We were just arriving back, from being gone a week on vacation, was getting hungry, so stopped at Taco Bell, because my husband and I both like Taco Bell for a meal. We had soft shell tacos, just regular, but they were so good!! The taste was phenomenal (as always) the people that waited on us were really nice and had good manners! Our tacos were the BEST!!!
