What an absolute gem of a restaurant! The food was amazing! Best mushroom bisque on the planet. The TLC burger was the best burger I’ve ever had. Topped off the meal with “real” strawberry shortcake and from scratch key lime pie. The food and Chef Stafford could stand toe to toe with any big cit
This is the place to stop for local food! The menu is creative, well balance of variety and local creations. It was refreshing to see chowder made with local fish and morel mushroom bisque at an affordable price! We were traveling with our dog, and luckily the outside patio seating is dog friendly
This place is really cute and clean. We loved their food. Service was fast. The food came out hot and fresh. The dessert was beautifully displayed and delicious
This was our first time to the area and it was recommended to go to Torch lake for the food and live music. The drinks were delicious, a Manhattan and a Hawaiian blue. The food was even better! Steak Marsala and Scottish salmon were marvelous. Then the live music started with Leann and Ivan, a perfe
The Torch Lake Cafe is one of our favorite locations. Our Sunday’ dinner included Fried Chicken from the Daily Special, and nice selections from the limited seasonal menu available Very good Flat Bread Pepperoni plate, and Wedge Salad w/ Blue Cheese. (We prefer large Tomato slices rather than a fe
Tasty lunch we took Mom for her 66th birthday. Key lime pie was delicious. As were other desserts. The nachos were disgusting, they did take them back and take them off the bill. Looks like they have live music there often I'm hoping to get back to see some live music.

Pleasantly surprised that one of the only-open/closest places to where we stayed was as good as it was! Great food, service and atmosphere! Live music and creative drinks! Loved it!
We had a big group of 12 (adults and children) and service and food was fantastic. We had a mix of soups, burgers, pasta, fish and chips and everyone was very pleased! Thank you!
Had an excellent meal Friday night with friends. I ordered the special combo- wine, soup, fish, dessert. I got the wine and fish. I’m not sure what happened to the soup but I didn’t get charged for it so That’s good however I was still hungry. The live music started at 7:30 it was good, however it w
We ate here at 8pm on a Tuesday night. Not a lot of people given the day and time of night in March. There was a gentleman playing the guitar and singing. It was enjoyable. Looked at the menu and I first noticed the prices were on the higher side. I also noticed there wasn't a lot of options. Let me
Lovely dinner experience for our big family. Service was fantastic, food was great. Looking forward to cat hing some entertainment the next time we are here.
Got carryout on a Wednesday night, it was not busy, restaurant seemed empty despite a musician and 5 or so (older)people on the dance floor and 2 or 3 at the bar. It is expensive, by all standards, over $20 for a burger n fries, alomost everything on menu seemed to be $10 more than expected . Foo
This place took forever to build. That being said it was worth. It is beautiful inside. Nice shiny wood everywhere. I ended up going here 3 times during my trip. The first time I got their hamburger. It was very good. Not one of my top 5, but 1 I would be happy to eat again multiple times. The 2nd
Amazing restaurant with some amazing food. The staff here is very polite and friendly. The ambience is great, with great cleanliness and rustic look. Loved it and will definitely visit again. Wish they’d open a branch soon near Detroit city.
