Best Eastern Restaurant

I’m usually a normal customer here and have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. However, today I placed my order at exactly 5:37p.m and I just now received my food at 7. I had to call back to insure I was even getting my food and the lady HAD my food ready at the counter but did not send it out. When the food finally arrived it was cold and I had to reheat it myself. VERY unprofessional and unacceptable. They said I had to wait 30 mins to receive a new one.

Ordered the half chicken combo and the chicken was literally all batter and bone. They also forgot the eggroll. I've ordered from this place many times before and haven't had a problem. Called to complain and the man said very snappily " I don't know what you're talking about and I'm not doing a thing about it" very rude, horrible service and skimpy chicken. No fortune cookies either! Won't order from there again!

Horrible place!!! I ordered my mother a large shrimp low mien and told them to add extra beef and there was barley any. Plus 2 large wonton soups and same thing. This place is a rip off!!! The lady on the phone was very rude. Also waited an hour and a half for my order and I'm 2 blocks away. I give this place 1 star if I could give less I would.

Disgusting place, they handle money then handle food without gloves or washing their hands, do not eat here, they should be closed down for the way they keep the cooking and prep area filthy dirty. I stopped eating there since the last time they gave me reheated cashew chicken that tasted like it was in the fridge for two weeks - it had a moldy sour tang and it wasn't the ginger. Today I snapped a picture of the bin of breaded chicken wings they leave out of the fridge on the counter for hours next to the fryer, perhaps so they can "drop" them faster I guess - this is a definite salmonella risk. I thought I'd give them another try since the food tastes decent. The lady who helps you at the counter gives a dirty look if you don't tip her when you pick up your take-out! The owners (husband and wife) yell at each other loudly in their native language and completely alienate anyone waiting for an order. The floor is greasy and the counters look filthy. There's chicken wing batter dripping down the metal guard next to the fryer. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

Pathetic. Been Coming here for 5 years and now suddenly they decide to rip people off and cut a single drumstick into 3 pieces to make it look like more and charge you the full ... When you call them out on it they offer to fix it and just put the same pieces at the bottom of the bag. rip offs, unbelievable, cheap and pathetic .. lost a long time customer

some dishes good, some not so good. Great lo-mein, chicken wings and won-ton soup. Fried rice is not good. Boneless chicken are tiny pieces and not flavorful. Boneless pork and terryaki beef are not very good either. They need to re-think some of their menu items and improve upon them. Stick with the 3 I mentioned at the start and you'll do ok.
