Sonic Drive-in

Ok, it's Sonic, usually a great choice for fast food or heart attack burgers as we know fast food is horrible for you. But, I gotta have one sometimes! This isn't about the food. This Sonic plays level 10 music through the 🔊 speakers you order through! While I am a music lover, I couldn't hear s%&t while trying hard to order. I asked to turn the music down or off so I could hear what the woman was asking me about my order. Ignored! I asked again and said " I can't hear over the music!!" Ignored like I wasn't there. The music was outside blaring and through the individual speakers you use to order. I couldn't WAIT to drive away! If you like loud, intense music, go for it. My order was very slow with a few cars there and it was wrong! I tried to tell them through the speaker, forget it. Went to a Sonic for a burger and a flash concert broke out!

We ordered 4 meals. Bacon cheeseburger meal, chicken strip dinner, jumbo popcorn chicken meal w/fries and fried chicken sandwich meal w/ fries. There were only 2 cars when we pulled and placed our order. Four other cars pulled in after we placed our order. All four of the other cars got their order before us. We sat for 37 minutes waiting for our food. When it finally came out we were missing half of our order. So, I then had to tell her what we were missing, took her another 15 minutes to get the rest of our food out and it was still wrong!!! Never got any fries instead they just through 2 containers of tater tots that had about 5 tots in each container. This was the worst service we have ever received at a Sonic before!

I ordered French fries. Their fries are very good. They always bring ketchup, salt. Never have to ask for them. This was at 12pm at lunch time. Sonic was already heavily packed with customers waiting to be served. My order was ready in less than 10 min. No problems with the food or service to be unhappy.
