Hot Head Burritos

The service here used to be stellar. Over the last few weeks, new hires have plummeted my expectations. There is a newer girl who twice now has prepared horribly packaged burritos with absolutely no attention for portion amounts. All of the burritos either bursted or were horribly wrapped. (Both trips i just asked for a bowl because i didn't trust her to make it right.) she prepared sides of sauce just to forget to put them in the bag. The manager Seth offered to remake my meals, but i didn't want to waste the food. i can tell he's just as annoyed as i am with her energy and final products. Next time i show up, if she's there, I will leave and get lunch somewhere else.

Exactly what time does this store close. I was ignored in the drive thru. They said they would be with me shortly and I waited literally for 20 mins and still no one came. When I drove away the restaurant was EMPTY. Not one crew member could be seen. The time 850pm I got there at 830. Idk what they were doing because they were helping people inside the restaurant just as I pulled up. Management needs to step in. This isnt the first time this has happened to me.There was no explanation just left me waiting. Not acceptable and I wont be back. This crew is costing your company money by ignoring customers

My boyfriend walked in at 930pm on a Monday night to get food. When he walked in, an employee asked him how he got in. My boyfriend replied puzzled, “through the door..?” The employee told him they were closed and the door shouldn’t have been open. My boyfriend pointed out that the door sign and Google say they are open till 10 to which the employee replied that they had already shut everything off and weren’t serving anymore. My boyfriend and I are getting fed up with the pure laziness exhibited by the employees and the apathy from these businesses to do anything about it.

Went to the drive through today. The employee didn't know what he was doing. He never asked one question. What kind of rice what kind of protein. It was a complete struggle. He handed our whatever order out the window....lid wasnt connected. It went everywhere. Normally its goes like this. Hello what would you like. I would like a bowl...what kind of rice....what kind of protein....what kind of beans what toppings....it was a complete disaster. He didn't know what he was doing. I am a level 6 google reviewer and I rarely give a one star rating but he was a not prepared to work the drive through....the food spilled all over the place .....in the past I gave it 5 stars now it's a one star.

Well to start the hours fluctuate now...never knownwhen the dining room is open or even the store. Last time through drive through 3 weeks or so agonasked forntaco sauce (end of order) and becuase they are not getting it anymore they put hot head or whatever hot sauce without telling me....wow. tonoght again at 7 o'clock could not go insidentonsee my food made and what i have is not taco meat as usual (again was not told) just hamburger basically.....I have wasted so much money...that is my fault to continue to think that it would be better....negative...frustrating as heck.
