Lock 27 Brewing

The place was packed on a Thursday evening and they had a trivia going on. The staff were friendly but were not wearing masks. The service was good but due to the trivia it was a bit loud. Coming to the food: Limited veggie options (apart from Fried and Nachos). We tried both and they were good. But the chicken wings are amazing. Hot and super tender. I would highly recommend them. The beer selection was good too, my favorite was De Goede and Dirty Bean Stout.

The food was good! The wings are awesome, along with with perogies. Really good appetizers. The burger wasn't bad either and the chicken was delicious very flavourful. The server was a nice dude, just a little on the slow slide. The business wasn't very busy either, they did have alot of carry-out orders. I wish I could give it 4.5 the 4 is just to low and the 5 is to high. I will return

Overall I had an OK experience. The service was good and friendly, no problem there. The Beer wasn’t great, Got the Mouthbreather IPA and Always Sunny in Dayton. For food we got the Buffalo Blue Chicken Sandwich and Chicken chunks. The sandwich was a little too wet and just fell apart in my hand. The Chicken chunks had ZERO flavor and were a little burnt. Overall the price seemed a little high for the food. I might come again if someone suggested it but the suggestion won’t come from me.

Been coming here for the fantastic juicy Smoked Wings for years. Today they served us dry greasy FRIED wings with no warning or explanation! $20 for low quality wings and fries!!! The menu has lots of sharpie marks for things they don't have, yet it still says "House Smoked" for the wings. We have told people for many years that they have the best wings, now we have to tell all of them we were wrong. :( Service and Beer was good 👍, but we came for the wings. 👎

The food is absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that the menu changes often and many old favorites are slowly being replaced by newer items that aren't as different and exciting as the old food. I miss the Cuban sandwich and bacon-wrapped shrimp & grits! Most of their beers are just okay, but that's just because they aren't my personal preference. The Lock Tender, however, knocks it out of the park and is always a great choice. However, the atmosphere is always relaxed and fun, and service is superb. Staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what they're serving. Love coming back here over and over again.

We have visited about 3 times and this most recent visit was honestly horrible. Nachos came without chicken. Do not try the brewers Mac. It tasted like old beer and zero flavor, my Mac and cheese loving little one wouldn’t even touch it. $40 later and I had a few bites of salad. I think two servers were running the whole place.
