Wendy's

We came through the drive thru and I didn't notice we were missing a drink. So we went back through and the guy at the window was so nice and apologetic! He offered us a free cookie or frosty, which wasn't necessary, but it was really thoughtful! They were super busy, but he took the time to make it right. I wish I saw his name so I could thank him publicly! This happened tonight.

Fast service, food was great. Fries were amazing. Fries did not even need a condiment…And that brings me to my 4 star rating. Now they don’t know that I know about their pre-shift meetings where they plan and scheme ways to hand out as little of the red sauce as possible. First step in todays plan was to hand off the bag with food and fries inside as quickly as possible. Using speed to their advantage they had their window closed before I was able to get both hands on the bag, the sounds of their thank you still echoing off the interior glass. Holding my position, I stared at my reflection in the glass with bag in hand, trying not to break eye contact with myself. Not the real showdown began. My impatience and embarrassment vs their customer clock for the driver behind me. The original attendant at the window was now onto me. After a pause to double check my commitment level for the tiny packets, she sends over backup. Her command to him is a simple “See what they want!” He comes to the window. I express my desire for the red sauce. At this point their hands are tied. They have to relent as stated in the customer service handbook. But that doesn’t mean he has to go down easy. He reaches down and grabs one packet and very sincerely asks if that is enough. Looking for some middle ground I ask for more. Three more packets appear in his hand and I agree to the deal. I drive off with instant regret that I didn’t push harder since I had a large fry. But at this point I truly feel like Wendy’s takes these ketchup packets out of the workers checks. I averaged around 23 fries per packet. My goal next time is to get that number down into the teens

Food: it's Wendy's. No gold wrapper, no cold burger, crispy fries and chill frosty on this blasting Oct day. Atmosphere: not the usual. Fireplace, TV, cushion chairs, option seating. Posh for a corporate standard, for sure. Service: too good! A too stressful day made great by good action and sincerity. This group is what makes good business. Anyone who can take an order from me and my two young (and occasionally impetuous) kids simultaneously while smiling, joking and getting it done gets an automatic win and a dash of envy to the finish line. Again, great job and thanks to the gents in front. Great people! 👍

This location is the best. Never once have we had a bad customer service experience, and today was even better than normal. Tristian was working the drive thru, explaining that there were two very large orders ahead of us and apologized. Once he was on with our order, he spoke clearly, professionally and literally took everything I asked for seriously. From expecting a perfect burger, to loading us up with a bunch of sweet & sour for those delicious nuggets, he rocked it out of the park( seriously check out the attached receipt!) Food was excellent and made our night how kind he was. I hope this gets back to him!

I just went through the drive thru and I'd like to praise the order taker today he was absolutely amazing! Funny!! patient!! Super attentive! If he isn't a manager he should be promoted immediately! I've been here several times and usually the speaker is rushing me cutting me off but today was great 5 star employee!! His name is Tristan!!!
