Every morning I get the same smoothie on my way to work. They know me by name and already have my smoothie ready when I get there. During the week before 10 or 11 the smoothies are half price.

This is the best Trop smoothie I’ve been to. It is so clean and the service is really fast. Employees always greet with a smile. The smoothie I got was a PB cup and it was very tasty! I highly recommend checking this place out!

Left a tip for the 4 smoothies I ordered and they gave me 5% my next meal whaaat! I've been coming here for years since its 10 mins away from Suffolk Community College. I love sitting here on Tuesdays to write my papers or do homework. Very quiet and clean place!

Had a free smoothie via my carrier on the day after Monday :) Ordered ahead via the app (Acai Berry Boost). It was ready upon arrival and tasted good.

I was at the Centereach location on free smoothies day and this really rude and loud customer was complaining loudly to the staff about the free smoothies, to the point of bothering everyone in the store. The manager and staff were amazingly patient and both dealt with the situation and very quickly served all of us with excellent customer service.

Always nice people working here. Shakes are great as well. Could use another staff member or two around lunch times though, since there is always a wait (several people deep) but the employees are obviously hustling so another set of hands would definitely help with the wait times.

While the prices are somewhat expensive they do offer a happy hour for much cheaper if you get there early. That being said the smoothies are pretty big and I've literally never had a problem with service or taste here. Never had the food so I can't comment on that, none of it really interests me, but I have had several different smoothies and all were great.
