As a chef & former BBQ joint owner, I can verify that these guys are doing it RIGHT!!
I felt like I was tasting my own recipes and you can taste the love that was not only put into the meat, but the delectable sides as well. The broccoli salad had the tangy/crunchy/sweet that hits the spot. The Mac & Cheese was perfect...my daughter wants to drive back up just for more Mac...
We ordered the Dinner for 4 with Brisket and you get a little bit of everything (easily makes 2 days of meals). Came with extra sauces and high quality containers. I can't say enough how they've thought of everything and just done it the right way.
We love the name, but this joint is so much more than just a catchy name. Drove up from Tilton to grab lunch, I would gladly drive across the state for Rubbin' Butts BBQ again!
Fantastic food! Everything we have had was amazing. Nachos, ribs, kielbasa, mac & cheese, cornbread...my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
This little place was great. The food was super tasty. The place was clean and we were able to enjoy the food fully!
First visit and it was awesome the food is great you will not be disappointed at all the hardest part about going there is what to have the pulled pork and brisket are outstanding the sides are awesome fresh cole slaw beans corn bread cant lose of you haven't been you need to go makes it feel like summer is that much closer
After riding 120 miles to get there I was pleasantly surprised. 1st time there. Brisket was great as was the Mac n cheese.beans and potato salad great to. Ribs were average. Great eats though. Nice staff.
Everything thing was awesome and between the 3 of us we sampled it alll.. but gotta revamp the bbq beans....taste like b&m right out of the can
We arrived at this place for a meeting. we heard about this restaurant from quite a few people. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We loved this spot a lot and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.
First off the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Sauce selection was good but limited with only hot or sweet... both were very good! Bean, Mac n’ Cheese were spot on southern BBQ. Pulled pork had great flavor and were very good though a little dry. Overall I would absolutely make the trip again
