Einstein Bros. Bagels

Everything about this place was a total disaster. Layout doesn't make sense, I waited over 20 minutes for one sandwich. Behind the counter, it didn't look like things were running efficiently at all, there were lots of employees standing around. I will say, the sandwich tasted pretty good, but not good enough to ever go back to this location.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and bagels are delicious. My drink order was wrong, but it wasn't busy so they made me a new one right away. Also, I bought the little bagel bites and the guy offered to heat them up in a way that worked better than their standard, so we felt very taken care of here.

I got to this location on the weekends. A couple of weeks ago, on 7/22, I went in and ordered two bagels with eggs and avocados, along with a couple of other things. When I went home, they forgot the eggs and the avocados that I added to my order. Bagels were still great! I called and informed them and they said the next time I came in, they would remake the order. I went back on 7/28, and they did just that at no charge. I was very happy and thankful that they were willing to make it right for me. That experience wasn't the best, but people make mistakes and towards the end of a shift, you probably just want to go home. Thanks again for making it right to all the women at Einstein Bagels both of those days!!

This is the best Einstein bagels location I have ever been too hands down. Staff if very friendly and efficient, at times it can be a long wait but with the number of staff they have it is impressive that they can still make orders so quickly and accurately. I don't tip everywhere I go but this crew deserves it every time I go.
