Pizza Hut

Very disappointed. This was a very surreal experience. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings, breadsticks and a two liter of Pepsi. The Pizzas were not even cooked all the way in the slightest. The middle of the "crust" was just raw dough. The peperoni's didn't even have a crisp. I was like they cooked it in a microwave but some how managed to not cook the dough in the middle. We ended up eating the breadsticks and wings and I ran out to get other food.

I ordered the Triple Treat Package with one Original Pan Pizza (Super Supreme) and One Hand Tossed Pizza (Meat Lovers) -- we received two hand tossed pizzas (only realized once we got home). The employees at the store were extremely unenthused -- took around 5-7 minutes for the one handling the front area to notice me. Typically, at other stores, the employee opens the box and shows the pizza(s) before handing over the order(s), that did not happen at this store. If it had, we would have noticed the mistake on one of the pizzas and had it fixed...

I wasn't aware u had to ask to put cheese on ur pizza. I had a stuff crust sausage pizza apparently they don't put cheese anywhere but a tiny amount in the crust. The man that took my order was very unfriendly after I had to call since ordering online and paying with a gift card cannot happen. I tried for 3 days.

I ordered wings a couple visits ago. The man whom took my order forgot to give them to my son when he went to pick them up and he called me to let me know that all i had to do was call next time, give them my phone number and they would see the credit for the wings. I tried doing so today and there was no credit. It extremely hard to order online.it wouldnt let me use my points until the 4th try and my deep dish pizza which i requested be well done was not even cooked properly it was doughy, raw like in middle.
