Service they would get a five. They verified what we wanted and were very nice. They are cheaper then the major brand name coffee places. Also their coffee does not have the bitter taste that comes from over roasting the beans. I would order the iced coffee with maple again.

Great customer service and their “plant based” bagel option is entirely vegan (and tastes pretty good!). They have multiple kinds of dairy-free milks, they let you add as much or as little sugar as you want to your matcha lattes and the quality of their matcha is half decent (they told me it was from Japan so maybe that’s why) so you don’t need to add a ton of sugar. A bit pricy but I’m a happy camper! I just wish there was a location closer to me!

LOVE Peet's! Especially bc they offer delish VEGAN options! 🙌🏽 The coffee syrups they use tend to be vegan from my experience, & Jimmy is always so friendly about checking if asked. I love that they offer milk alternatives, oat, soy & almond too, though a bit of an upcharge on syrups & dairy alts compared to other coffee shops in my humble opinion. I quit going to Starbucks years ago for that reason, hope Peets doesn't follow in the elite pricing direction bc affordability will always dictate my choice. 🎃 Seasonally the Iced Pumpkin Latte will def hit the spot, tho year round any Iced Latte is on point. I get mine with oatmilk bc the brand they use is nice and creamy. 🥯 Also the Everything Bagel Plant-based Sandwich & 🥙 Plant-based Mediterranian Flatbread Sandwich (pictured) will not disappoint! Overall my fav spot to stop in for a morning boost, great vibe, & some nummms. My discontent tho comes from wishing there were more locations bc they are a cruise from where I live, but Peet's will continue to be my coffee spot of choice when Im in the area! Also, Peets is one of few chains where the staff is still fully masked & it really takes away from the customer experience - mumbled communication gets inconvenient, especially when the cafe is bustlin' & I'd much rather prefer to see the smiling faces of the friendly staff instead of always feeling as tho Im interacting with a pair of eyeballs. 👀

I've been a fan of Peet's Coffee since I was introduced to them in Berkeley Calif. Visiting the shot today reminded me of several flavors I've been missing...

The quality of the coffee really exceeded my expectations and the barista staff make the drinks a form of art. The attention to detail on the drinks, quality and atmosphere are all superior to Starbucks. This place brings a unique and memorable experience that is worth the trip. I definitely recommend!

Ordered a large coffee. Hot latte. Yes I understand room for whip cream but I am not kidding you 1/3 of the coffee is gone. I received a small size of coffee in a large cup. So disappointed. Picture is uploaded in the photos section.

Ordered a black drip coffee, hot tea (literally just hot water with a tea bag). and a chocolate croissant. Very quick and easy stuff. I waited about 10 minutes and started to see other people who placed similar orders (drip coffee) after me and would receive theirs within seconds. So I asked the cashier about my order and was told they just over looked it. I then just asked for a refund. I got a few “apologies” from some workers but didn’t really seem genuine to be honest. They came across as if they were annoyed with me type apologies. (Side note: if a customer service driven business like this is truly sorry for negative experiences like this you would think they would want to leave a positive impression on the customer who just had a bad experience, so they would want to come back. But more and more I don’t think they really care.) Anyway this is the second time in the last couple weeks where my order has been mismanaged by them. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
