Had a fantastic adventure today at IKEA today!!! My first time going and it was great to see so many cool options for the house remodel. Should have come here months ago 🤣

I was there for delivery.
They Open 2 am for delivery.
Check in/out took 3 hour.
They have restrooms and you can park there if you are early.
Appointment time is important.

IKEA is full of self assembly furniture. The store is massive and will absorb your soul without any hope of escape. I wonder how many people hide in the displays after-hours. We have a lot of Ikea stuff and can't seem to stop coming back. Someday our home will resemble an IKEA store. A+

Went to grab a few things. Love the displays that help me decide how things will look in different rooms. Also had a return and checked in on the computer, less than 5 minutes later item was returned. No hassle.

If your “That kind of a customer” like asking if I can have someone helping my mom and me to get an item
( furniture in this case) don’t even bother to even ask because they will make you feel uncomfortable or that your request is to much or beyond them .
Definitely First and last time I go buy there!
In area of customer service and exchange had this uncomfortable and unprofessional experience 😒 I work in customer service myself ; so yes I will never and won’t disrespect my own customers . This young individuals need to learn manners , respect and get retrain .

Place is awesome if you have some time, patience and money. I bought this beautiful monster island counter top for like $100 bucks. Don't be stubborn like me and ask for assistance loading heavy items in your vehicle.

Always clean and neat, great place to shop and I’m glad they got the shoe horns back in stock because my friend had introduced me to them and honestly they’re life changing and the fact that they are on sale here for 99¢ is super awesome and I’m so glad they’re finally back I had to get three!
