Farro Italian Restaurant

It was amazing! Unlike other Italian places near by, all of the food here was so flavorful. The sausage combined with the amazing sauces, definitely made my day. However it is a tad more expensive than other nearby Italian restaurants, but that's because the food here is just better quality and soooo worth it!

This place hands down is a must dine in experience. We didn’t have a reservation but luckily they were not as busy as usual. We had the eggplant and portobello fries, fabulous! The sauce, amazing! The pasta is made fresh in house, it is so delicious! Italian margaritas are a must! Owner is so nice, and so humbled. Service is top notch. Just amazing date night experience.

Found out they have return to full service and had a birthday party there. The menu was superb with great tasting Italian dishes and a nice wine. My favorite was a Chianti Reserve Classic but, the house pour is good too. We had 4 separate dishes from Chicken Parmesan to sausage pasta with appetizers. The server was knowledgeable and paid attention to our elongated evening reminding me of family dinners in Italy. Highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Just moved here from Kansas City and was looking for a good Italian Restaurant not too far away. WOW! I was really impressed with this place. Its in a plaza - but don't let that fool you....once inside you enter a romantically lit cozy environment. I tried the Strozzapreti - Chicken and it was very delicious. They do a nice job getting the food out in just the right amount of time - allowing me and my fiancé time to converse a bit and enjoy our drinks and warm bread first. We can't wait to go back and try some of the other items on the list.

We eat here almost every week and have had most everything on the menu and I love most of it all but last night the special was panned seared cod on a bed of spinach risotto and caulifower...this was over the top delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the flavors were out of this world. We frequently get the specials because they are indeed special.

I’ve dined here on several occasions and while the food is excellent, the waitstaff was disappointing. Our waitress was extremely cold and we were rushed through our entire meal. I kept looking around to see if they needed our table or something, but there were plenty of open tables. It was a very special occasion that we were celebrating and she couldn’t have cared less. Based on this experience I have second thoughts about returning.

I ordered takeout and after waiting an hour (I was told 15 minutes) the young lady with braids reacted with extreme hostility, shaking her head and throwing her hands up at me when I kindly asked if she could just check on the order. I understand things are slow and places are understaffed but absolutely do not react in such a volatile way when someone is asking you as an employee to check on food that’s an hour late after telling us it would just be 15 minutes. In fact, don’t work in the service industry at all if you cannot answer basic questions and perform simple tasks. I will never be returning to this establishment and I will be encouraging my friends to do the same. I don’t go out on a Friday to be barked at over someone else’s mistake. It’s a shame too because we have collectively spent a lot of money at this place over time but hey - There’s always somewhere else that’s superior and friendlier !
