I called my order in at 10:45am so that it would be ready at 11:30am for my 30 minute lunch break. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the register and almost 10 minutes to get my order. My visit should have taken 5 minutes total, maybe 10 if they got something wrong.

Long wait times for food, cold fries, and drinks tasted horrible. You can change the look of the restaurant, but it doesn't change the poor service and bad food.
ETA: The owners have completely changed this place since my last review! Great food and wonderful service once again!

Perhaps they were shorthanded but I waited a good 8 or 10 minutes until someone served me up front after knowing I was there and taking care of the people in front of me.
The food was decent they just need to fix the Coke machine out in the dining room it's totally empty which is annoying Especially because it's an act of Congress getting someone to serve you up front for anything you might need like drink refills.
